Hello, I’m Michelle.
Yogini, life participant, experience seeker, and lover of the Universe.
After 6 years of yoga asana practice, I headed to Bali and completed my 200 hours yoga teacher training with YogaWorks. Not long after that, I completed 70 hours of medical Qigong, acupressure and Yin yoga teacher training with the Jo Phee.
Embracing the yoga practice in my life has been transformational to say the least. It’s been a source of comfort, strength, and guidance during life’s challenging moments. Time and time again, I am reminded and re-taught the lessons of the practice.
